NxTSTOP ships anywhere in the world, and offers multiple shipping options. Our main concern is that you receive and have a great experience with our products as soon as possible. We will respond within a few minutes during normal business hours 8am – 6pm, Pacific Time.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit:

  • We offer FREE U.S. standard shipping (3-5 business days) via USPS First Class Mail.
  • We offer U.S. expedited shipping (2-3 business days) via USPS Priority Mail.
  • We offer Canada standard shipping (6-8 business days) via USPS First Class Mail.
  • We offer Canada expedited shipping (3-5 business days) via USPS Priority Mail.
  • We offer standard international shipping for all other countries (10-15 business days) via specialized carriers (e.g., UPS, DHL, or Fedex) depending on location
  • We offer expedited international shipping for all other countries (2-5 business days) via specialized carriers (e.g., UPS, DHL, or Fedex) depending on location
  • Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed outside of business hours (8am – 6pm Pacific Time) will begin processing the next business shipping day. Note that NxTSTOP does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and depend on order processing time and on the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will normally begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. To track your order at anytime, you’ll be able to use your Tracking number.

Returns

  • We recognize that sometimes you may need to return your product. Not to worry. Contact orders@thenxtstop.com to specify the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will process a return packing slip for you, but the shipping cost may be covered by you, or by NxTSTOP depending on the situation. See below.
  • NxTSTOP will accept returns of products in new, unused condition within 30 days for exchange or refund. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs of return and new product shipping.
  • Products returned outside of 30 days will be accepted for exchange or store credit only.
  • In situations where a product defect is the reason for the return, NxTSTOP will pay for shipping of the returned product and for the shipping of any exchanged product (as applicable). Please indicate the defect when you contact us.
